Over the last decade the Catering Department at the brewery have developed a range of menus to meet with all our customer expectations and needs for both quality and value for money. We have our own development kitchen at head office, where chefs are working full time to create new and tasty dishes to suit everyone. The dishes are developed over several months through research and continuous sampling processes until we are entirely satisfied the recipe is correct before listing on the menus. This shows our commitment to be 'First Choice Locally' for food.
Menus are changed a couple of times a year and there is always a choice of specials available at the Trip. We are sure everyone will find something that tickles their tastebuds.
